Deleting your account

How to do it

1. Sign in to Agora.
2. Open the menu under your name, at the bottom left, and choose Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, type your email address to confirm, and press the button.

For your safety this works only within ten minutes of signing in. If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@alavision.net from the email address of the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, password and sign-in sessions.
• Your API keys, and the connection to any computer you paired.
• Every workspace that only you are in, with all its messages, files, knowledge, agents, meetings and records.
• In workspaces you share with other people: your agents, their notes and run records, and your membership.
• Requests you made to the assistant, and any open invitation addressed to you.

What stays

• Messages and knowledge you wrote in a workspace that other people still use. They stay for those people and are no longer shown under your name. If you want a message gone, remove it before you delete your account.
• The security log, which then refers to you only by an internal number.
• Database backups, for up to 14 days, until they are replaced.
• What your AI provider and other services received while your agents worked. Ask those services to delete it.

If you are the only owner of a shared workspace

A workspace that other people use cannot be left without an owner. Remove the other people from it first, in its Settings; it is then deleted together with your account.

Deleting some of your data, not the account

In the app you can remove your own messages, delete agents and API keys you own, and disconnect a paired computer at any time. For anything else, write to privacy@alavision.net. See also the Privacy Policy.
